We recently purchased the Harmar SL600 stair lift system from Options HME, Inc. Our experience was great from estimate to installation. The company president, Jim, thoroughly explained the capabilities and features of the stair lift and gave us a quote. After looking at another stair lift system, we decided on the Harmar due to superior features, competitive pricing and our feeling that Options would give us the best service. Within a week, the lift was installed. The install technician was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I am very satisfied with our two stair lifts from Options. I felt supported throughout the process, from Jim's initial visit and estimate to installation. Mitch was diligent and careful with measuring for our curved stairlift. Shane was pleasant and helpful with phone calls and scheduling. The time frame from signing the contract to installation was in line with what Jim told us from the beginning. Mitch and John worked together well to install the stairlifts (one inside and one outside) in one day and didn't leave until I was comfortable operating both lifts. I highly recommend Options for the attention, care and compassion the staff showed at every interaction.
