Service and Maintenance
We have been selling, installing, and servicing stair lifts and wheelchair lifts in Missouri and Illinois since 2007.
Our Installers and Service Technicians are employees of Options HME Stair Lifts who have been through a rigorous training program that involves in-class and hands-on training at our manufacturers and here at Options HME Stair Lifts.
We carry many standard parts on our service trucks. So, we can often have your lift fixed in a single service call.
Expert Warranty on Labor
Every lift that we install comes with a one year warranty on labor. Should you encounter any issues with your lift, the cost of labor is covered for a year from installation.
After the first year, should your equipment need service we will be available to service it. At that time you can pay us by hour or you may purchase one of our service agreements, your choice.
All work is performed by talented and friendly Options HME Stair Lifts employees who spend each day working with a lift just like yours. No out of town contractors. Since we are a local company, we are often able to schedule and complete service calls in a more timely manner.
